Frontier Rebrand
When tasked with rebranding the airline, I started by researching its policies, values, and market positioning to uncover opportunities for a refreshed visual identity. The insights pointed toward a focus on sustainability, which became the guiding principle of the new brand.
The rebrand extended across all touchpoints, including plane exteriors, stationery, safety cards, and merchandise. Eco-conscious design elements—greens, leaf motifs, and airwave-inspired shapes—were used to convey movement, growth, and clean travel. The result was a cohesive, modern brand system that not only refreshed the airline’s look but also visually reinforced its commitment to environmental responsibility, creating a strong, memorable presence for passengers and stakeholders alike..







The Process
The process included 50 thumbnails for each step of the process, followed by 3 digital roughs to choose from, and landing on a final design for the logo, stationery, safety card, plane exterior, and merchandise. The plane illustrations were created in Illustrator to use as mockups for the final branded design.
